It’s harvest time! Join the Tool Library, Jonathan Richler of the Jewish Deli, and Sarah Crocker of FoodFirst NL for the background and details of home preservation with jars. Sarah will present and demonstrate proper safety practices, and then Jonathan will preserve produce on the spot as a demonstration and you will take home your own jar.
